Your bKash app generates a TrxID after a successful send-money step. Enter that TrxID in the deposit form's reference field. Your account history shows the same TrxID so you can match it to your bKash statement.
Rocket issues a transaction ID in its confirmation SMS. Keep that SMS until the deposit appears in your fg777s account history. The Cashier deposit form asks for this ID in the same reference field as bKash.
Both wallets use the same Cashier tab. Select the wallet type first, then the form adjusts to show the correct account number and reference instructions for that wallet. Do not mix the account numbers between bKash and Rocket.
If the amount in your account history differs from your wallet statement, use the email support route and attach both the wallet transaction screenshot and your account history row. Support will reconcile from those two records.
